Located in the heart of the Jaén province, we are aware of the high risk of summer fires. Therefore, every autumn and winter we carry out an exhaustive cleaning of the estate, pruning and removing dry branches as part of our Fire Prevention Plan.
We are committed to the circular economy. The firewood that heats our lounges comes from pruning our own olive trees. In addition, we use a biomass boiler fueled by olive pits, an excellent local fuel, for heating and hot water.
All hotel lighting is LED, with automatic sensors in the corridors. Outside, light is projected towards the ground to prevent light pollution, allowing you to enjoy an impressive starry sky.
Commitment to life
We are supplied by our own spring. We encourage our guests to reuse towels to minimize the use of water and detergents. Our pool uses a saline chlorination system, eliminating harsh chemicals and offering a healthier swim for the skin. Of course, we rigorously recycle all packaging, glass, and organic matter.
Caring for tomorrow
Your rest is our priority. Our parking area is unpaved, has natural shade, and is located away from the rooms to guarantee silence. We do not have televisions in the rooms to encourage true disconnection, reading in our outdoor spaces, and conversation.
We strongly support the local economy: 90% of our suppliers are from the Jaén province. In our orchard and gardens we only use organic fertilizers. Furthermore, our hens, fed with organic waste from the restaurant, provide us with exceptionally high-quality fresh eggs. The entire premises is a smoke-free space.
