The Sierra de Segura gives birth to some of the largest mountain olive groves in the world and in the Cortijo, we have been growing olives for several generations.
Discovering and participating in the whole olive oil process, from harvesting our olive trees at the foot of the house to the oil mill, is an experience that we recommend to everyone.
